Homebody

Had a post all written and then stupidly hit the Discard button! Yeesh.

So today I realized that I really am a homebody. I love it when a weekend looms with nothing to do an nowhere to go. I still have chores of course, but there is no rush. I get a lot of these weekends while DS2 is away and out of school and sports. In other words – it is the rest I need to prepare for the mania to start up again!

Went on a very short walk this morning to kick start my training. Had to keep it short since it has been so warm. Good thing too. I picked a relatively short 2 mile route, but it’s got a very long uphill and that kinda kicked my tail! Clearly, training is needed!! I think I will do that one a bunch over the next week to build my endurance.
