The Promise Ring

Here it is. The picture does not really do it justice since it is so hard to get the proper focus. It really really sparkles in the sun! He has wonderful taste in jewelry for sure. Christmas Day was very nice. DS2 was up early..said he woke up at 6:00 and tried to sleep more, but then gave up at 7:00. He heard my alarm go off at 7:30 and called up to me. He had already come down, found his Santa gifts and was playing his new computer game. Wearing his LT jersey too. So cute. My parents arrive at 9:30 and we did the gift exchange thing. Everyone was happy. DS1 loved his concert tickets of course. its our traditional gift since he was 16. Aerosmith always seems to come to town either around his birthday or Christmas. My gift to SP besides some work lamps for the garage was to take him shopping today for some clothes and shoes which we did. He loves that 🙂 Jacqueline joined us for lunch and of course to play a few games. We women get a little loud doing that! The men all dispersed. DS1 to a friends, DS2 to play his new Playstation2, Sp to the bedroom to nap and my dad on the sofa also to nap and read. Even Bailey the beagle found a napping spot! By 5:30 everyone was gone and then it was finally MY turn to rest. Today is the usual post Christmas Day blahs. House is a messy, excitement is over and motivation is low. At least I have the week off. I have GOT to get those Powerhouse credit cards run!!! No excuses!
