I thought I would show off the lovely angel that Polisigh from Dkos gave me. A New Hampshire handcrafted piece. I was looking for something to put on this wall last year, and she solved the problem for me!

This weekend was supposed to be all about baseball. We had a tournament out in Lakeside and the team won both games yesterday quite handily and was the #1 seed going into today. But, it rained last night 😦 First rain of the season of all things! Canceled play for today darnit. It’s probably for the best. I woke up with a sore throat yesterday AM. Thanks to the flu shot these rare turn into anything too bad, but it is still not wise to push it. I’ve been sipping lots of Echinacea tea, downing vitamin C and drinking Airborne. I figure a day spent inside rather than in the post-rainy wind and cold is probably good! So I cleaned first thing and now I am enjoying the site of the clean house and lounging on my sofa while watching football.

Big week coming up. Powerhouse silent auction Thursday night with N’s court appearance that day. I imagine that a vodka lemonade or twelve will be needed after a day downtown!
