Here we go – better late than never! It was a fun weekend at the tournament from a hanging out with friends perspective. Not so good from a results standpoint 😦 We all stayed to watch the Charger game finish up before leaving which was cool as we could console each other. What bloody awful circumstances! Our main offensive weapons injured and still we played it tough. I swear San Diego teams get no breaks and run into buzz saws any year they get close. At least they were not humliated – beat the spread!! Ahem. Small victories these days.
So, this week for me on the moving was so so. I did pedal for a total of 145 mins, walked for 40mins or 2 miles and did one set of arms exercises. So I made my aerobic goal, but missed on my total body workouts. Not surprising given that I’ve done nothing the last two days!! I hope everyone else is getting moving. I know Robin is kicking it pretty well 🙂
Fair warning – next weekend I will have time to call out everyone again – lets keep each other motivated and move move move!
Okay this is actually my week one check in since I just started. So for starters I only got about 7 miles logged. I did Ab work on Tuesday and Friday. Saturday was my day to vomit. Due to the flu making it’s way one by one through each of my daughters and myself my workouts were relegated to mainly cleaning up vomit or vomiting myself. Great way to start wouldn’t you say?

OKAY — Not much last week but I *DID* do something. I faxed in the form for the dog park — now that’s a place I can MOVE MOVE MOVE with my bestest friends.

I did pretty well this week.
22.57 miles of walking for the week. Yearly total so far: 56.34
(I have a LONG way to go if I want to reach 1,000. Wears me out just thinking about it. lol!)
Two strength/weight training sessions.
And about 15 minutes of yoga daily. (I reduced my goal to 15 minutes per day on this because the extra 5 minutes just didn’t seem reachable right now.)
I’ve started out this week lazying around so I’ll need to get busy starting tomorrow.
A big WELL DONE to all of us. 🙂
