Leaping Falcons!

Game #8 went rather spectacularly for our team. The first quarter was a scoring bonanza and ended up tied 14-14. However, that was about all the other team could muster until garbage time in the 4th quarter. Our first score was on their first offensive play when #11 picked off a pass and ran it back for a touchdown. Later in the game we also blocked a punt for a touchdown. The final score was 59-28. Yes, that is 8 touchdowns and a field goal (39 yards). Brutal, but fun to be on the winning side!

I had fun this weekend choosing photos for the upcoming home game program. There happened to be fair amount of shots of the boys catching air in interesting ways.

On his 18th birthday, the QB threw 3 touchdown passes - his follow through is quite lovely eh?

But this next series of photos shows just who it is who can jump – one of those little guys with a strong set of springs in his feet and laser sharp concentration to receive a high kickoff in the end zone (too bad high school rules prevent them from running it out!)

Yeah - I can jump - but I already knew that!
