Yay! M threw together some arrangements using his sister’s Marriott points and we are currently at the JW Marriott in Palm Desert. We get a couple of days of R&R and then I will head up to Oxnard with he and his brother to help them finish a home improvement job up there. It’s either that or stay at home alone since A is gone to Hawaii with his dad for a week. So I will head up north for a little adventure. But first. Sleeeeep! A BATH! Neither bathtub in my house has a proper drain plug so all we can do is shower there. I shall bathe and sleep and eat and sleep some more. Starting now!

Aaaah, a bath, it has restorative powers, esp. when you add some wonderful smelling stuff. Have a nice break, although I wonder whether it’s Ford-overload up there now.
