Happy Halloween!

SportsBoy is going around today wearing that Scream mask – the one that will squirt blood. Lovely. Typically male. When we went to buy it, I was making faces. The man running the cash register was easily in his 70s. He took one look and said “Oh, aren’t these awesome?!” Ok, yeah, it’s a guy thing. I’ll post pictures later tonight so that *everyone* can be delighted. Spread the joy I say 🙂 At work, the last two years we have dressed in our favorite sports gear – trying to Super Fan. Mostly it’s an excuse to wear jeans and tennis shoes! And it works. Last year I easily had more Padres gear than anyone. This year, I am a “conflicted” fan. I have on SportsBoys football jersey, with a Padres long sleeve shirt underneath thought the Padres symbol does peak out where the jersey does a ‘v’. I have on Padres earrings and a baseball bracelet with my football necklace. Also, a football hooded jacket and a Padres hat. Later tonight I will add the football player button and some Padres pins to the outfit. What can I say? My favorite sports are baseball and football. My favorite baseball team is the Padres and my favorite football team really IS the Temecula Valley errr…Torrey Pines Golden Falcons. (That’s a joke about how many games we’ve played on the road vs home and just how far away those road games have been). OK, anyway, have fun today and scare the ones you love.
