You know those scuff marks that your shoes make on hard surface floors? Especially if you have new shoes with fresh heels? Can someone please explain to me why there is one on the toilet seat in one of the ladies room stalls here at work? kthxbye

Do you have any recent Asian immigrants in your office? They tend to squat on top of the toilet as if they were squatting over a hole in the ground.
No, I’m not being racist! Asia uses floor toilets in many areas instead of western commodes.
