….you put down as an employment reference the manager who fired you 5 years ago. The manager who fired you because…you were crazy!!! Just a thought. No, I didn’t answer any of the questions. I punted that phone call right up to HR where it belongs like the hot potential lawsuit potato that it was. Still shaking my head over that one though.
