These are explanations of why I have not been moving enough to meet my goals:

Padres game with LL team.
Mother’s Day Dinner
Brown Pelicans on the rocks at La Jolla where we walked last night before dinner.
The pile o’ papers sitting on my sofa at this moment waiting to be logged that must be done today.
The good news is that I did somehow manage two workouts again. The other good news is that the largest obstacle, the pile o papers, will be off my shoulders in two weeks. Now I am off to tackle the pile because if I get through it fast enough, I can get in a workout today.



They look like good reasons to me. 🙂
