Suddenly camera shy – must be the teen attitude creeping in – so I was only allowed these few photos as they lined up for some offensive play run throughs. I saw some one on one drills but I missed the big hitting. Hopefully when I get back next week I can watch a full practice.
Meanwhile, I took him this weekend to look at potential game day cleats. Measured his feet and……he went from a size 7 in June to a size 8.5!!! Help! I’m going to have to set up a paypal account for donations to keep this kid in shoes. I know, many of you have it worse, but it’s my blog and I’ll bitch if I wanna 🙂 Two new pairs of shoes later (cleats and everyday) and he was set. Again. For how long I do not know. Sigh.

Oh boy! I really do remember those days. You buy the new shoes and three months later they have outgrown them. They outgrow them before they can wear them out.
Yup, better set up that Paypal account. He’s got a lot of growing to do yet! 😉
