Off week since I have been battling the cold and had two evening meetings. Only 100 mins of aerobic exercise for an avg of 20mins instead of 30. 2 arm sessions instead of 3. It’s ok though. I am noticing a difference. For instance, I can now go up the three flights of stairs at work from my basement office to the bosses offices upstairs and not find myself breathing too heavily.
Oh, and last weekend at the tournament I got to hear “Move! Move! Move!” yelled out as one of the players attempted to beat out a ground ball hit š
