You all know the drill right? Get off the plane, get his football equipment, get his haircut and let the second half of summer begin:
I made him work right away at the football shed after getting his own equipment for a few hours, then got his head shaved and then went to see Harry Potter (finally! I had to wait!!). Really enjoyed it and are now of course pining away for the next installment. It helps that we both just finished reading the books so lots of plot twists were fresh in our heads.
Tomorrow we tackle The Room. He has a notion of going to the beach afterwards. I am not quite so optimistic 🙂

Somehow he looks more “Swedish” to me in the first picture. It’s amazing how all the August kids seem to insist on growing up!
