Dropped my boy off in his Game Day jersey today. To walk those school halls with pride. Please note that the locker room scene at the end with the coach talking about the Last Play? That is retired coach Ed Burke imploring his Falcons to give it their all on their Last Play. When my son’s team plays their home games, they play at Ed Burke Stadium. For good reason.

Today though – they play out in Menifee. A little over an hour north east. I don’t mind. It means I get to leave work early on the cusp of a three day weekend. Thank you boys! Go Falcons!
